iu_1182226_8796905.webpIn recent months I've had a creative block but I think it's over, and last week I was hospitalized (I won't say why) but I'm better now. I recently had to format my PC and everything was deleted, many sketches that I had saved were lost because I didn't save them in the copy of my files, so I will upload what I do these days (if I have time).

"Get some rest. If you haven't got your health, you... haven't got anything." ;)

Thank you for those words, I always thought that no one read the things I posted but it seems that they do haha :')

*Mmmhpfff...* I mean you're 'mostly' right.
I often compare writing an entry on a Newgrounds blog/making News Post to "shouting at the void". There are about 3 sets of people who will see this post:
1) Fans of yours who scroll through 'this' page: https://www.newgrounds.com/social/feeds/show/favorite-artists
2) People who scroll over 'this' page and find either your avatar or your title appealing (that would include me and maybe 50[?] other people): https://www.newgrounds.com/news/artists/
3) Users who stumbled over one of your submissions and want to check out what else you do - 'if' this is still your most current post.

'Writing' something as a reply is a whole other beast. Sometimes it's just that nothing fitting comes to mind. My reply wasn't 'that' insightful either. If you check out other artists' blog posts you'll notice that there's usually very little interaction unless it's some kind of tutorial or a "What should I draw next? Actually reply here on NG, plz."-post.

Right now you are swimming in a sea of artist, many of them more practiced than you. It's the nature of the beast.
Getting 'seen' is hard. Getting 'discovered' by somebody who will follow you is even harder. Your best bet for getting more attention would be to put something out there regularly. Your art is interesting and (for lack of a better word) "different" enough to find an audience, but to quote the late great TotalBiscuit: "You miss all the shots you don't take."
The more often you can steel your nerves and share something with the world, the more often somebody might say "This appeals to me. *Favorite'd* What else did they do?"

I hope this helps. :)

P.S.: I usually don't advertise for artists on other artists' profiles so I'll send you a PM on something else that might be helpful to you.
